Olivia Colman admits she 'doesn't feel worthy' of BFI Fellowship
Oscar-winning actress Olivia Colman, 45, is at the top of her game right now.
The English film and TV star, who just returned home from America after winning her first Academy Award for her portrayal of Queen Anne in The Favourite, attended a film event in her honour last night.
The actress arrived at the British Film Institute (BFI) Chairman's dinner in a beautiful gown to be awarded a prestigious BFI Fellowship.
She joins long list of talented people, who have been recognised for their outstanding contribution to the world of film or television, including Hugh Grant, Richard Attenborough, Cate Blanchett and Judi Dench to name but a few.
The Favourite star looked stunning in a glamorous black evening dress for the event featuring long sleeves and a cape-like detail.
Olivia, who shot to fame on the Peep Show, added a statement necklace and earrings from Atelier Swarovski Fine Jewelry to her sophisticated ensemble.
The award-winning actress will be back on our TV screen in the very near future when she takes on the role of Queen Elizabeth II in royal drama The Crown.
Olivia’s Netflix co-stars Helena Bonham Carter and Tobias Menzies, who will portray Princess Margaret and Prince Philip in the popular show, were in attendance last night to show their support.
Helena, who was made a fellow in 2012, showcased her quirky style when she posed for pictures with the Outlander actor ahead of the presentation.
The Crown star also had a reunion with her Broadchurch co-star David Tennant at the event.
