A Place in the Sun: Couple joke that they'll prefer Zakynthos
A Place In The Sun presenter Jasmine Harman has been a firm fixture on screens since her show debut in 2004. The Channel 4 presenter is certainly no stranger to the demands of house buyers, who seek to purchase their dream property abroad.
The 45-year-old has since opened up about the lowest budget a hopeful buyer has come to her with on the daytime offering.
The mum-of-two admitted it was "amazing" to witness what a small sum can get you abroad.
Jasmine recalled: "I think my lowest budget ever was £19,500. That was in Granada, Spain.
"Our buyer was a lovely lady called Tina who worked as a refuse collector and never thought she'd be able to buy a property."

She continued: "She used her life savings and I think the house she bought cost £14,500 in 2015.
"It's just amazing to think about that even being possible."
The Channel 4 favourite did admit that she often has to bring some house buyers back down-to-earth when it comes to wanting a property outside of their budget.
"I just tell them they need to have a reality check," Jasmine continued to S Magazine UK.
"Finding the properties is a full-time job for several people, it's not me on my own!"
She went on: "So while we do find amazing places I feel confident saying to people, 'This is what's realistic,' because we've left no stone unturned."
Meanwhile, Jasmine is currently filming overseas for future episodes of A Place In The Sun.
The small-screen star took some time out of her busy schedule and shared a snap of herself sporting a floral dress with a split.
In view of her 60,000 followers, Jasmine captioned the post: "Such a poser!
"So lucky to be here in the sun, and can’t wait for you to see the episodes that we’re currently filming @aplaceinthesunofficial."
Fans flocked to comment on the post, as one person commented: "It's a fabulous pose."
"Nothing wrong with being a poser," another social media user quipped.
While a third person added: "I need this programme during lockdown."
While the Channel 4 show is celebrating their 21st anniversary of being on-air, Jasmine also offered birthday wishes to her pal and co-star Jonnie Irwin.
Taking to Instagram stories, Jasmine shared a sweet photo of her children playing with Jonnie.
The post read: "Happy Birthday Uncle Jonnie. Love from Joy and Albion."
