Sex and the City: Sarah Jessica Parker teases revival series
Sex and the City star Chris Noth, 67, has admitted that he's "not happy" about the feud between Sarah Jessica Parker, 56, and Kim Cattrall, 65. The duo, who play Carrie Bradshaw and Samantha Jones in the hit HBO series, had a famous falling-out which was aired by Kim a few years ago following the death of her brother Chris Cattrall in 2018.
I feel very protective of her and I was not happy about that
In a new interview, the star addressed the very public fallout between the two, admitting that he felt very "protective" about his on-screen love interest.
Chris said: "I just don’t like to see anyone talking down about SJ because she’s a target and people can be nasty.
"I feel very protective of her and I was not happy about that.
"That’s all I’ll say about that," he told The Guardian.

The star added that Kim's comments about Sarah didn't line-up with the women he knew.
He went on: "I do know that I’m very close with SJ and [Kim’s] descriptions of her don’t even come close."
Chris branded the falling-out between the two "sad and uncomfortable", adding that he wished it had "never happened".
In 2017, the Mannequin actress said that the Carrie Bradshaw star could have been "nicer" to her while they were filming the show.
A year later, the Sex And The City protagonist reached out to her co-star following the death of her brother, Chris.
But Kim was quick to hit back at the star in an Instagram post in view of her 940,000 followers.
She wrote: "I don't need your love or support at this tragic time @sarahjessicaparker."
In the caption, Kim accused her former co-star of "exploiting her tragedy" to "restore her 'nice girl' persona".

"Your continuous reaching out is a painful reminder of how cruel you really were then and now.
"Let me make this VERY clear," Kim added.
She went on: "(If I haven’t already) You are not my family.
"You are not my friend.
"So I’m writing to tell you one last time to stop exploiting our tragedy in order to restore your ‘nice girl’ persona," she ended her post.
Last week, the full trailer for the Sex And The City sequel aired, two decades after the end of the original series.
