At the end of the day it is a comedy show
The 33-year-old model claimed to have been left "sobbing, upset and mortified" after a member of staff bluntly told her: "I've got no f***ing idea who you are. I don't care who you are."
However, Joel brushed off the accusations, explaining: "At the end of the day it is a comedy show.

The star was diagnosed with the condition earlier this year and her three children - five-year-old Felicity, plus eight-year-old twins Leo and Penelope - have received the same diagnosis.
It is believed that the condition can run in families, and Paddy has broken down in tears revealing his sorrow that he may never be able to translate to his children how much he loves them.
Christine has admitted that she never felt that she fitted in during her school days, explaining she still dislikes parties, large social events and even restaurants, and that she can sometimes experience communication issues.
However, she says that her feeling when first diagnosed was one of "relief", as she can now put a name to her symptoms and have more understanding of them.
Discussing her diagnosis, the mum-of-three wrote in her book: "It’s strange, but I’ve noticed there are little hints throughout my life that I’m autistic and more like my children than I ever could have imagined.
"My issues with food, my social struggles, how hard I find it to make friends and stay focused, and my indecisiveness.
"It all makes sense now. And as much as I’m not totally surprised, it’s still been emotional for me to accept, but it’s a relief as well."
