Eleanor Tomlinson and Aidan Turner had an emotional and seemingly unexpected reunion in London last night, having not worked together professionally for five years.
Eleanor, 31, starred in the BBC series with Aidan, nine years her senior, between 2015 and 2019.
Flame-haired Eleanor exuded glamour as she confidently strutted the BAFTA Gala's red carpet in a chic strapless black dress.
Meanwhile, Aidan - who grinned broadly for the cameras - was well turned out in his jet black suit.
Both arrived with their respective partners - Eleanor with rugby ace Will Owen, whom she married in a fairytale Cotswolds wedding back in 2022, and Aidan with American actress Caitlin Fitzgerald.
Eleanor previously gushed about the chemistry she shared with her co-star platonically, explaining that they were always each other's "support network" on the Poldark set.
She told Harpers Bazaar of the "love" they had for one another, which was plain to see on last night's glitzy red carpet.
Meanwhile, as they led the glamour, their high profile co-stars, including Bridgerton's Phoebe Dynevor, Strictly Come Dancing's Layton Williams and James Bond hopeful Rege-Jean Page weren't far behind.
The pair previously wowed in BBC's Poldark for five years with Eleanor playing Demelza and Aidan Turner channelling eponymous character Captain Ross Vennor Poldark
