He is currently being held in a remote Texas jail while awaiting extradition back to California.

Pasqual has reportedly been charged with attempted murder, burglary and domestic violence.

His ex-girlfriend, Allie Shehorn, was left “fighting for her life” after being attacked on May 23.

Charges were brought against Pasqual last month in connection to the attack and he was reportedly caught by authorities trying to cross the Fort Hancock International Bridge into Chihuahua.

Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon’s spokesperson said: “He’s still here and no extradition date has been set yet.

“He’ll be here until he goes back to LA but we haven’t heard anything yet.”

Pasqual was reportedly charged on May 29 after Shehorn’s mother found her and saved her life.

Her actor ex-boyfriend is also known for appearing in Rebel Moon, American Gangster: Trap Queens and America’s Most Wanted.

Shehorn is a Hollywood makeup artist who is still recovering from the brutal attack. Her friends and family have set up a GoFundMe to support her medical costs.

A beneficiary, Richard Conrad, posted the latest update over the weekend confirming she is still in hospital and trying to stay positive.

“It’s been awhile since we’ve updated everyone,” he said. “Things got real.

“Allie is doing her best to stay positive but the struggle is hard. There are complications that we can not release to the public at this time.

“But she is feeling better and appreciates the love and support. Thanks again, Jed & Rich & Emily.”
