Paul McCartney speaks about what inspired 'Let it Be'
Jimmy Kimmel has given fans the inside scoop on what it was like to party at Paul McCartney’s Los Angeles mansion with other A-listers in attendance.
The American TV host dropped the exciting bombshell during an appearance on The Howard Stern Show on Wednesday, June 26 with his wife Molly McNearney.
The married couple, who tied the knot in 2013, recalled partying with the likes of Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, Bruce Springsteen, Steven Spielberg, Mick Jagger, Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox as well as 100 other guests.
Howard had heard about the star-studded get-together and asked Jimmy, 56, how the event came to be.
“We were invited to a dinner that night and then the host of the dinner got invited to that party [at Paul McCartney’s house] and said, ‘Why don’t we all go to the party?’ And so we went to the party,” Jimmy explained.
Rumours were swirling that Taylor was DJing the party but Jimmy clarified that she simply “had her iPhone, and she kinda tapped into the house system,” adding, “but it wasn't like she was hired to work there.”
Howard asked if Taylor's boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis was also in attendance.
“Yes, indeed! Yes, indeed,” Jimmy replied, as his wife pointed out: “He’s very good-looking.”
“Boy, oh boy! Did you see that big guy carrying her around on stage, like he's Frankenstein, taking the little girl down on the river?” Howard exclaimed, referring to Travis' now-viral onstage moment at Taylor's Sunday, June 23 Eras Tour show in London.

The radio host then probed Jimmy further, asking if there was a “jam session," to which he recalled: "There was not, but people were dancing in the kitchen, including Molly.”
The conversation then changed subject after Howard asked what the coupled thoughts were on Mick Jagger.
“Nothing, I didn’t speak to him," Jimmy joked, as he added: "I think what you do at a party like that is you gravitate toward the people you already know, and you go, ‘Can you believe that this is happening and that we’re here?’ And you kinda leave it at that.”
Molly, who stars in Apple TV+'s The Morning Show, shared how she was “so relieved to see” Friends alums Jennifer and Courteney admitting she spent time “in the corner” with the two.
“I didn’t know how to hold my body. I didn’t know where to look. I didn’t know what to do. It was like one more famous person after another., she confessed.
