BBC One Show's Alex Jones rages 'it's a new low' as she self-tapes furious video
Alex Jones shared a difficulty she faced today while giving an insight into the difficulties she faces as a mother of two young children.

Alex Jones revealed she is still unpacking in her new home, as she filmed a mountain of boxes on her Instagram Story before explaining a stressful situation encountered by many parents.
The One Show star disclosed her daughter Annie, two had a toilet accident that had "soaked" her pricey clothes while playing hide and seek with her brother Kit, 4.
Alex said: “This is a new low, we have still got some of these hanger boxes that we havent unpacked yet and the kids were playing hide and seek.
"Annie and Kit decided to hide in here. Annie had an accident, everything is sopping wet.”
It comes as Alex recently gave a heartfelt insight into her personal life, admitting she feels "overwhelmed all the time".
The veteran presenter of the BBC show, 47, spoke to Bella magazine about juggling the demands of live television with a bustling family life.
She confessed: "I feel overwhelmed all the time, especially now that thing called perimenopause has shown up. The thing that overwhelms me the most is having enough time with the children."
Struggling to find a balance, she revealed her approach: "I don't know what the answer is. So, what I do is I overdo it on the love front. I go heavy with love.
"At a really young age, that is what you can grasp. So they are up to here in hugs."
The star completed her house move last month and shared that it was a "big decision to leave West London", but she and her husband, Charlie Thompson, wanted somewhere for their children to have space “to play.”
She typed: "It took nearly four years of searching to find the ‘one’. Somewhere where the children could appreciate nature but yet close enough to London for me to get to work and we have.

"It feels like she was waiting for us to find her. We feel very lucky. We made it and are completely delighted with the new house," the star wrote.
"Thank you so much for all your messages of support over the last few weeks. We are living in complete chaos, but it already feels like home."
The star has since received a host of supportive messages, with fellow One Show presenter Lauren Laverne writing: "Lovely! Wishing you so many happy times there."
Musician Izzy Judd said: "Congratulations lovely, so happy for you guys. We will miss seeing you around," while Strictly Come Dancing's Alex Scott added: "Yessssss…. So happy for you Al."
