Adler & Sorum shake hands on New Year's Eve
Former GUNS N' ROSES drummer STEVEN ADLER appears to have ended his war of words with the man who replaced him in the band after taking the stage with MATT SORUM in Hollwyood on New Year's Eve (31Dec10).
Adler was introduced by Sorum as he took over the drum kit for supergroup Camp Freddy's end-of-year show at the Roxy Theatre on Friday.
The original Guns N' Roses star played drums on the group's rendition of Paradise City.
The performance came six months after Adler blasted Sorum in an online interview, claiming his replacement was "like a goddamn drum machine", adding, "He's got no heart; he's got no soul; he's got no feel."
Adler subsequently apologised to Sorum during a TV appearance, insisting "the words just came out wrong".
Also taking the stage at the Camp Freddy New Year's Eve gig were Billy Idol's guitarist Steve Stevens and band regulars Billy Morrison and Donovan Leitch.
