X Factor's Stacey Solomon praises BBC's The Voice
STACEY SOLOMON tells Day & Night that she may have tried out for The Voice if she had never taken part in X Factor.
The 23-year-old singer, who was in the sixth series of the competition and came third overall, reveals to us that the blind auditions on The Voice may make things slightly easier because the contestants can’t see the judges’ faces.
“I’m not sure if it would be better or worse to see the judges’ reaction,” says Stacey, who is the new face of the Make Mine Milk campaign.
“Luckily the year I did my X Factor audition they changed it to arena auditions so it was quite dark out there.
“I just tried to block it out. I think I would have done anything to try to succeed and it has always been my passion to sing.”
