Green Goddess! Teri Hatcher is gorgeous in green as she makes the most of the UK sunshine
TERI Hatcher proved she has just got better with age earlier today, after being spotted coming out of the ITV studios in a flattering green dress.
The 48-year-old star looked half her age as she waved at the camera in a grecian-inspired dress, which showed off her enviable figure and toned legs.
Cinching in her waist with a thin waist belt, the star looked incredibly glamorous as she teamed her summery ensemble with a pair of towering sandals with a monochrome print.
Teri finished off her look with a pair of silver hooped earrings and kept her hair in curls.
The Desperate Housewives star has been in the UK to promote her new animated film Planes, in which she voices Dottie.
Attending the premiere yesterday, the brunette actress looked just as great as she donned a sleeveless black and white frock.
The dress came complete with a sheer neckline that revealed a glimpse of her cleavage.
Teri plays purple pick-up truck Dottie in Planes, the latest offering from Disney Pixar, about a small town plane called Dusty who dreams of competing as a high-flying air racer.
Speaking about her role, she said: “I was like, wow, what has happened to my career? Is that what I’m typecast as now?
“I think they picked me because Dusty is trying to reach beyond his limitations and he’s not really a racer. I think they hired me because they wanted a true, honest friendship and trying to be a realist with someone.”
And opening up about her 28-year career, she told Eamon and Ruth o This Morning: “I can’t say that I dreamt of being an actress – that wasn’t really how I grew up. Nobody I knew did that as a career.
“But the way I was raised, my parents let me know that I could take risks. They let me know that there was a safety net if it went wrong so I allowed myself to go and do it.
“I’m not sure I dreamt of being anything other than a veterinarian, I think every girl goes through that phase.”
