Maria Sharapova flaunts long legs at pre-Wimbledon party
BLONDE beauty Maria Sharapova stole the show at a glamorous pre-Wimbledon party this evening attended by the cream of the crop of women's tennis.
The 27-year-old Russian star flaunted her long legs in a short white dress which featured slightly see through shoulders and a diagonal hemline.
The world number five wore her long locks clipped back and topped the look off with a pair of red strap high heels and matching clutch bag.
The new French Open champion vied with British hopeful Laura Robson for the title of most glamorous player at the star studded event in London.
The 20-year-old, who will miss Wimbledon and the US Open with a wrist injury, dazzled in a light blue mini dress with gold detailing along the waist.
The brunette beauty, who had to wear strapping on her wrist, wore ornate hanging earrings and a pair of yellow and black striped peep-toe high heels.
During the event Laura took to Twitter to post her excitement at meeting fellow rising star Sloane Stephens.
She posted a picture of her with the 21-year-old American with the caption: "Hi @sloanetweets!"
The WTA pre-Wimbledon party, held at the Kensington Roof Gardens, was also attended by world number one Serena Williams and her sister Venus.
Serena, a five-time winner at SW19, wore a knee length raincoat dress while Venus wore a sparkling emerald green figure hugging outfit.
Ana Ivanovic, who on Sunday won the Wimbledon warm-up event the Aegon Classic, also hit the VIP event.
The 26-year-old, who in 2009 appeared number 11 on FHM's Sexiest Women list, wore an elegant floor length black, white and orange gown.
Also at the event was 31-year-old Daniela Hantuchova, who was last year's Aegon Classic champion.
The glamorous Slovakian wore a figure hugging white dress that flaunted her long legs.
Eugenie Bouchard, Victoria Azarenka, Dominika Cibulkova, Andrea Petkovic and last year's Wimbledon finalist Sabine Lisicki also attended.
The female tennis stars took time out from preparing for Wimbledon which starts next Monday.
