SHE stars alongside Aaron Paul and the late Alan Rickman in the thriller Eye In The Sky in which she plays a colonel ordering a drone missile strike but Dame Helen Mirren's views about drones couldn't be more different from her characters.

The actress has revealed that she hates the idea of drones and that those used during the Blitz still haunt her today.
Despite being born after VE Day, she confessed to Radio Times: "I was in my mother's womb during the last few months of the war.
"At night, I have this unreasoned terror of hearing aeroplanes. I have nightmares about things coming out of the sky.
"I know this sounds ridiculous but I think my mother must have somehow communicated her fear to me."

At 70-years-old, Dame Helen is still one of the most sought-after actresses and has most recently starred in Trumbo, for which she was nominated a Screen Actors Guild Award and Golden Globe Award.
Speaking about the best thing about turning 70, she explained: "There are lots of great things. Not the least of which is the last 70 years of experience.
"I always feel as if I will be a few steps behind, but I am very grateful to have witnessed the world without modern technology and then to have seen it arrive."

The national treasure even admitted that she would have enjoyed going for dates using Tinder.
She exclaimed: "Oh yes, more fun than going to bars. It's very difficult to go to a bar to find a date."
