The couple wed just 15 months ago, but 30-year-old Amber filed for divorce on Monday citing irreconcilable differences.
Following the death of his beloved mother Betty Sue Palmer, and the shock split, Johnny, 52, has broken his silence but refuses to address "salacious" rumours and "gossip".
"Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life," a representative said.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star is estimated to be worth around $400million, but rejected his wife's request for spousal support.
His net worth dwarves that of his gorgeous ex-partner, and it's alleged that the pair did not sign a prenuptial agreement before they tied the knot last year.

According to reports, Amber claimed the pair split on May 22, which was two days before Betty sadly passed away.
Meanwhile, some have suggested members of Johnny's family disliked the Magic Mike XXL actress, and rumours have been swirling that there was a rift between herself and her stepmother.
An insider told TMZ the pair had an "extremely bitter" relationship as Betty said the blonde "treated him like c**p" and was using her son for monetary purposes and to further her own career.
