Lewis Hamilton Instagram: F1 star delights fans with ‘magnificent’ behind-the-scenes snaps
LEWIS HAMILTON kept his fans updated about his day on Instagram this weekend, as the F1 racing driver prepared for filming with his Formula One team, Mercedes.
Lewis Hamilton is no stranger to giving a glimpse at his life via Instagram.
Yesterday was no different, as the F1 star shared a candid capture of himself with his 6.9 million followers.
The 33-year-old was working with Mercedes for a recent project, and could be seen standing by some camera equipment.
The Formula One favourite gazed into the distance as he stood on a set amongst members of the crew.
Lewis looked very chic as he sported a white T-shirt and a blue denim jacket.
The handsome hunk accentuated his chiselled features with a stubbled face.
Beside the capture, the star penned: “On set with @mercedesamg. Stay tuned to see us in action…”
Lewis shared a second snap with fans, which showed him being filmed by a camera as he sat in his Formula One attire.
The racing driver looked at something in the distance through a visor in the helmet he was wearing in the shot.
Fans soon inundated the 67-time Grand Prix winner with compliments, with one writing: “You’re magnificent.”
Another person gushed: “You look so perfect.”
“Definitely, you’re the most handsome man in this world. Goodnight, my love,” swooned a third.
A fourth fan told him: “You are my eight-year-old son's idol!!!”
Days ago, Lewis treated his followers to an adorable throwback snap of his younger self.
The youngster grinned a the camera as he proudly displayed a trophy he had won at a race.
The star, whose first Grand Prix win was at the 2007 Canadian Grand Prix, sported a purple vest and floral garland around his neck.
Beneath his attire, the F1 driver wore a white and turquoise jacket.
Lewis began karting at the age of eight, back in 1993, and began his car racing career eight years later, at the 2001 British Formula Renault Winter Series.
Beside the upload, Lewis shared a motivational post, as he encouraged fans to “believe” in themselves.
“A kid who followed his heart,” he wrote. “Always believe in yourself.”
