Clive auditions for grave plot

AT THE age of just 44 there is plenty of life left yet in Clive Owen but the actor is already planning ahead by picking out … a burial spot.

PLOT: Clive is planning ahead

The Hollywood star has been finding out about the cost of being laid to rest in Highgate Cemetery, close to his North London home.

He has been quoted £12,000 to £15,000 – a mere snip to be in the same Victorian graveyard as Karl Marx.

And Clive, who plays a widowed father in his new film The Boys Are Back, is giving the idea some serious consideration.

“Not too expensive,” he says. “I wouldn’t mind being buried there.”

The actor, who has two daughters, is fascinated by the history of the cemetery adding: “I’ve got to take the girls there.”

Sounds like a great family day out, Clive.
