PS5 prices drop even more as Very and Amazon fight for the lowest price
PS5 prices are continuing to drop as retailers like Amazon and Very are continuing to cut prices of the console to the lowest prices that we have seen.
Last week, Sony cut the price of the PS5 slim console to just £419.99 from £479.99 but since then, other retailers are starting to join the fray to try and make the console more appealing to customers.
Very was one of the first retailers to chop the price of the console to just £409 which is the cheapest that we have seen for the slim model of the console which only released in November.
However, Very didn't stay the cheapest for long as Amazon has now come in and price-matched Very with £409 - and you'll get next-day delivery as well if you have Amazon Prime.
These are the best prices that are around at the moment but there are other retailers which have a similar price or are slightly more expensive. You can also check out the best PS5 deals that we have rounded up.
If you want a bundle deal then Argos might be your best bet. You can get the standalone console for just £419.99 or you can get some great bundles for slightly more.
And don't worry about the PS5 Slim being worse than the older PS5 because they work exactly the same but just in a smaller package.
You can get the newest Helldivers 2 game and a PS5 for just under £440 or Tekken 8 thrown in with a new PS5 for just under £450.
For £449, you can get Hogwarts Legacy included with the new PS5 or you can get both the Last of Us II: Remastered and Kart Racers 3 Slime Speedway for under £460.
