Ingredients:
600g ripe mixed-colour cherry tomatoes
Four cloves of garlic
200g rosemary Foccacia

Method:
Start by preheating the oven to 180C before halving the cherry tomatoes, peeling and finely slicing the garlic and tearing the bread into bite-sized chunks.

Place it all in a roasting tray before pouring in the beans and their juice and drizzling in some olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Add a splash of water into the tray before mixing it all together.
Quickly pinch and twist each chipolata in the middle to make them into two mini ones, and then place these randomly into the oven dish, lightly pressing them in.
Next, simply roast for 45 minutes, or until everything is golden, bubbling and looks delicious.
Serve immediately on its own or alongside some roasted potatoes or even some mash.
Jamie said: “I’ve used chipolatas but you could use Cumberland or even veggie sausages, no problem.
“Jarred white beans are delicious, but you can swap in any type of bean you’ve got in the cupboard, jarred or tinned, or even lentils. No fresh tomatoes? Don’t worry, chuck in some tinned tomatoes or passata instead, it’s all good.”
This recipe is super affordable and can be made in advance and reheated or even frozen.
