'Full of flavour' air fryer roast potatoes are ready to eat in 30 minutes
Crunchy, delicious potatoes are a must-have with a Sunday roast. With this recipe, there's no need to spend hours cooking them in an oven.
Roast potato recipes can be found in abundance in cookbooks and online, but often the results come down to technique rather than ingredients.
Fortunately, a food expert has the perfect remedy to avoid serving spoiled roasties alongside a carefully cooked joint of roast beef or pork this weekend.
Sharing his recipe exclusively with Express.co.uk, Matt Webster, founder of the UK's foremost spice company Seasoned Pioneers said: "Thanks to all the different seasonings, this simple air fryer roast potato recipe is full of flavour and whilst they go perfectly with a Sunday roast, they can also be the perfect accompaniment to any dish."
He continued: "By using baby potatoes, this simple recipe saves time, as there’s no need to chop up the potatoes into smaller pieces. If you’re looking for an extra kick to your roast potatoes, why not experiment with the flavours and add some chilli flakes or paprika to the seasoning mix?"

Preheating the air fryer isn't essential for many recipes but doing so can shave even more time off the cooking process.
Matt recommended setting your air fryer to 200C for about five minutes before washing and scrubbing the baby potatoes.
When clean, pat the potatoes dry and toss them in a large bowl with olive oil, making sure they are
well-coated.
Next, measure out the garlic powder, onion powder, dried rosemary, and dried thyme directly into the bowl. Finish with the salt, and black pepper then stir or toss to ensure everything is coated.
Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Matt urged: "Make sure you avoid overcrowding the potatoes".
Air fry the potatoes at 200C for 20-25 minutes and remember to shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure the spuds are golden all over.
Once cooked, the potatoes should be "crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside", according to Matt, making for the perfect roast dinner accompaniment.
Save any leftovers for new meals like breakfast hash, bubble and squeak, or serve alongside a delicious poached egg.
