Nigella Lawson has a sweet treat that is so easy and delicious, you’ll be making them all the time.

The celebrity chef’s marshmallow crispy squares are irresistible for both children and adults. The recipe takes just four ingredients and no baking is required.

It makes about 24 servings, and you can keep them in an airtight container for up to a week.

Nigella has several other desserts to try, including apple cinnamon muffins or her chocolate croissants.

Instructions

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add in the marshmallows, and cook gently until they are melted and blended, stirring constantly.

Take the pan off the heat, and immediately mix in the cereal. Stir lightly until coasted.

Press the mixture into a greased 32-cm-by-32-cm pan. With clean hands or gloves, make sure it’s pressed down in the corners. The mixture will be very sticky.

Flatten the top and scatter on the sprinkles or edible glitter. Let cool, then cut into 24 squares.
