Aldi recalled Ashfields Grill Four Garlic and Herb Chicken Kebabs over the weekend because of safety issues.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) said: "Aldi is recalling Ashfields Grill Four Garlic and Herb Chicken Kebabs because of a labelling error which shows an incorrect use-by date, making the product unsafe to eat."
Aldi said the recall is a "precautionary measure" as the supplier labelled "a small number of products" with the incorrect use-by date of July 9.
The supermarket assured: "No other products are affected. Customers are asked to return this product to their nearest store, where a full refund will be given."
Aldi added: "We apologise that this product did not meet our normal high standards and thank you for your co-operation."
