While frying bacon is the typical go-to method, there's a few reasons to use an air-fryer instead.
Using an air-fryer typically saves you time and energy, as well as money due to lower electricity costs compared to an oven.
Plus, there's no compromise in taste, in fact, people are raving over the bacon cooked in the air-fryer.
"Worked really well," one commented on BBC Good Food about the bacon air-fryer recipe. "Was lovely and crisp, and not dry."
Another added: "It's always great." Somebody else noted: "Bacon was perfect."

- Cooks in: four to 10 minutes
Ingredients
- Six rashers of streaky bacon, or there rashers of back bacon
Method
Lay the bacon in a single layer in the base of an air fryer.
Set the air fryer to 200C and cook streaky bacon rashers for six to 10 minutes, to your liking.
Remove the bacon using tongs and put on kitchen paper to drain before serving.
Sandwich add-ons
Some people enjoy their bacon sandwich on bread, other prefer toast, and some like a baguette.
Whichever bread you choose (and whether you butter your bread or not), additional toppings can include lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
Making a classic BLT (bacon, lettuce, tomato) bacon sandwich elevates a normal bacon butty to a treat at home, but it's not mandatory.
