Exotic smoothie
BOOST your health with this delicious smoothie, packed with vitamins and minerals.
A ripe mango contains protein and significant amounts of vitamins A, B and C while papayas have a high carotene content.
In fact, with 100g of papaya having only 32 calories, this fruit is great for a healthy diet.
Serves 4.
INGREDIENTS
1 ripe mango (approx. 400g)
1 small ripe papaya (approx 400g)
1 kiwi
1 banana
40g walnuts
400ml orange juice
3-4 tablespoons honey
METHOD
1) Peel the mango, papaya, kiwi and banana. Destone the mango and papaya.

2) Finely chop the fruits and walnuts.
3) Place the chopped fruits and nuts in a blender.
4) Add the orange juice and blend until smooth.
5) Sweeten to taste with the honey.
6) Pour the smoothie into four glasses and serve immediately.
