Ingredients
300g good quality chocolate, chopped
Your choice of sweets and toppings
Easter egg mould (try dennycraftmoulds.co.uk)
1. Melt 200g of the chocolate then stir in the rest.
2. Take an Easter egg mould and put in a few goodies. I have used crystallised ginger and freeze-dried mango.
3. Cover with melted chocolate and chill until hard.
4. Cover each side with chocolate and chill separately. Add more of your chosen toppings.
5. Make two sides. Release from the moulds and tie together with ribbon. You can put a few goodies inside first, if you like.
