A common task on many to-do lists is cleaning garden fences to ensure they look their best and don't detract from the overall garden aesthetic.
To assist with this chore, TikTok user @livingwiththeevans has shared a "magic" method for removing green algae from fences without the need for hours of scrubbing.
In a 15-second clip, she explains the quick and easy technique to her 10,000 followers and reveals her go-to product for the job.

She demonstrated using a garden sprayer to apply the mixture to the fence.
When the sprayer nozzle fell off, she switched to an old cleaning spray bottle to finish the job.
"Green gone!" she exclaimed, praising Wet and Forget Outdoor Mould, Lichen, and Algae Remover for "doing the job for her" while she relaxed and watched.
The product description highlights its versatility.
It reads: "The Wet and Forget moss and mould remover is multi-purpose and has many uses such as patio slab cleaner, block paving cleaner, stone cleaner, driveway cleaner, roof moss remover, moss killer for tarmac, headstone cleaner for gravestones, black spot remover on stone, and lots more!"
