£2 item could provide relief if you suffer with restless legs says expert
Health experts are urging people to try one thing to see if it will help them sleep better if they suffer from restless legs.
Restless legs syndrome, a common and highly irritating condition, affects millions worldwide. Also referred to as Willis-Ekbom disease by the NHS, they say it is a nervous system disorder that triggers an overpowering, uncontrollable urge to move the legs.

Thankfully, there is one thing that can help - and you can get it for around £2 from your local supermarket. They do however caution that if you are pregnant and want to try magnesium for restless legs, you need to speak to your GP first as they can advise whether it’s safe and suggest the right dose for you."
