Tameka Empson is a British stage and screen actor and comedian. Since 2009, she has become a small screen regular - becoming a full-time cast member of EastEnders. She plays the role of Kim Fox, who is sister to Denise Fox and the wife of Vincent Hubbard. The actor has also appeared in a number of films, such as in Beautiful Thing back in 1996.
A year ahead of joining the cast of EastEnders, she appeared in the BBC sitcom Beautiful People, as well as the ITV show Whitechapel.
She’s also a regular performer on stage, starring in the annual pantomime at London’s Hackney Empire since 2004.
It’s not just acting roles which Tameka has taken on for the small screen.
In 2016, she joined the 14th series of the ballroom dancing competition Strictly Come Dancing.
She was partnered with professional dancer Gorka Márquez.
