The terraced three-bedroom home in Toxteth, Liverpool, is allegedly haunted by a 135-year-old spectre called the Pickwick Poltergeist.
The poltergeist supposedly once lifted a former tenant out of her bed in a scene that would have resembled reports from the Enfield Haunting, the UK's most notorious paranormal case.
It was recently turned into a TV drama and will be the focus of horror sequel The Conjuring 2: The Enfield Poltergeist.
The listing for the property in Pickwick Street on Rightmove said: "Three-bedroom terraced house in a popular location off Park Road, close to the Tesco Superstore.
"It has two singles and one double bedroom, rear yard, upstairs bathroom and two living rooms.
"Please note previous tenants have advised us that they have experienced paranormal activity at the property."

The picture of the house shows it with an upstairs window blocked up.
Reports of paranormal activity at the address have been documented since the 1800s.
A spokesman for Plus Dane said: "Plus Dane received reports of unusual activity at this property and worked with the tenant involved to look at ways in which we could help.
"‘We don’t get involved directly in instances such as this but we work to help, advise and support tenants if they are experiencing these issues and we take them very seriously.
"As part of our approach of being open and honest, we wanted to make anyone interested in this property aware of these past reports".
