Kate Middleton to take lower profile due to children's plans amid 'tense time'
It comes as the Cambridge children are settling in to their new school.

Kate Middleton and Prince William are likely enjoy a quieter time over the next few weeks after a hectic period. One of the key reasons for the reduction in their schedules is so they can spend more time with their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, it has been reported. Since becoming Prince and Princess of Wales last month the royal couple have been very busy attending engagements.
They have visited Scotland and Northern Ireland with Kate visiting a maternity unit in Surrey.
Meanwhile William visited St George's Park the home of the England Football Teams in Staffordshire.
Last week royal couple were in East London at the Copperbox Arena for an engagement with their sporting programme Coach Core.
However, the next few weeks are likely to be focused around their children as the trio are currently on half term from their new school Lambrook close to their new Windsor home.

Princess Kate 'concerned' as Prince George sets his sights on new hobby
Kate, the Princess of Wales is now "concerned" over Prince George's latest interest in martial arts, despite Prince William's enthusiasm that it will build George's "independence", according to royal commentator Neil Sean.
The Wales children broke up for the holidays last Friday and don't have to return to Lambrook until Monday, October 31.
In the past, the Duke and Duchess have limited their appearances during school holidays in order to spend precious time with their children.
It is believed that in October 2021 the family travelled to Jordan for an exotic holiday.
Royal fans enjoyed a glimpse of the trip as a family photo taken in the middle eastern country featured on the Cambridges' Christmas card last year.
It comes as the children are said to be settling into the new school well which they started in September during a "tense time".
On the day classes began Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis discovered that their Great-Grandmother the Queen had died.
A source close to the family told PEOPLE magazine that it had been a "stressful" time particularly for the Duchess.
They said: "Things were very tense that week; it was not exactly the settling-in period they had hoped for."

However, another friend added that despite the difficult start the family are now enjoying living in Windsor with the children able to "freely play" in open parkland.
They said: "They love that the kids can go out on their bikes and cycle around the estate, and they are all really excited to meet everyone. It's a real little community."
The family moved from Kensington Palace in central London to the four-bedroom Adelaide Cottage on the Windsor estate.
