Queen Camilla leaves hospital after visiting King Charles
Queen Camilla has been pictured driving to the London Clinic to visit King Charles as he recovers from surgery at the central London private hospital.
She accompanied him too when he went into hospital yesterday morning, as he visited Princess Kate who is also an inpatient there following her abdominal surgery.
The Queen was seen sitting in the front seat of her car as she arrived at the hospital, with the King likely to be discharged in a day or two.
On January 17 the royal world was rocked by a double whammy of health revelations, as Buckingham Palace confirmed His Majesty would undergo a procedure on his prostate.
This came less than 90 minutes after Kensington Palace released a statement saying the Princess of Wales had undergone a planned operation the day before and would spend up to two weeks in hospital recovering.

Kate will then travel home to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor to recuperate for a further few months, as she is not expected back on royal duty until after Easter.
Little is known about the exact nature of Kate's condition, other than the operation was a success and it is not related to cancer, however the King has been uncharacteristically open about his diagnosis.
It is not common for the Royal Family to talk publicly about their health conditions, however the King wanted to encourage other men experiencing symptoms to get checked out.

Buckingham Palace said in a statement on Friday: "The King was this morning admitted to a London hospital for scheduled treatment.
"His Majesty would like to thank all those who have sent their good wishes over the past week and is delighted to learn that his diagnosis is having a positive impact on public health awareness."
King Charles has taken a step back from royal duties since his diagnosis was made public, resting at Birkhall in Scotland and then returning to Sandringham while Camilla carried out solo engagements in Swindon and London this week.
Queen Camilla's open support of her husband's admission into hospital has broken with years of royal protocol, which did not go unnoticed by royal commentators.
ITV's royal editor Chris Ship noted the change in precedent, writing on X: "Queen Camilla has gone into the hospital with King Charles. Whilst this might seem normal for most families, it is very unusual for the Royal Family to accompany their spouse like this (the late Queen and Prince Philip always went into hospital on their own.)"
Others believe the timing of the two surgery announcements so close together was another unusual yet deliberate move, as royal historian Dr Tessa Dunlop told The Mirror: "Buckingham Palace doesn't do spontaneity; the release of a statement containing private matters about the King's health immediately after news of the Princess of Wales' major abdominal surgery was deliberate.
"The timing deflected from his daughter-in-law's major operation, likewise, the private detail concerning his prostate gave the public something else to think about."
