King Charles doesn't have to do this alone, public-facing can be thought of as ‘job share'

King Charles has begun outpatient treatment, taking a break from public-facing, and members of the Royal Family have stepped in.
Craig Prescott, professor at Royal Holloway, spoke to CBC News, saying, "You might think of it as a sort of job share.”

The senior working royals who will share the workload, include Queen Camilla, Princess Anne, Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh and Prince William.
Camilla, Anne and Sophie have been handling engagements on a regular basis since Charles’s prostate surgery. William took a break to be with Princess Kate, following her abdominal surgery, but returned to work last week.
