Harry and Meghan 'commercialising' royal name says Roberts
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have once again come under fire as the launch of Meghan's new business venture coincided with a speech made by Prince William in London.
The Duchess of Sussex announced her new brand American Riviera Orchard on Thursday, hours before both William and Harry appeared at the Diana Legacy Awards to give speeches.
Despite it being the 25th anniversary of the awards, the warring brothers still did not appear in the same room together as Harry delivered his address via video link.
The Sussexes did not travel over from California for the award presentation, with Meghan also rumoured to be launching a new Netflix cooking show in conjunction with her new brand.
Speaking to the assembled crowd as he walked on stage to the AC/DC song Thunderstruck, William said: "This evening’s Legacy Award is particularly special as it marks the 25th anniversary year of The Diana Award, a charity set up to reflect my mother’s belief that young people can change the world.
"I know that she would have been honoured to see a charity in her name doing such inspirational work to uplift young people from all corners of the globe."

Meghan Markle's team must show her as a 'leader' in bid to finally overcome critics
EXCLUSIVE: A PR expert has said how Meghan Markle should position herself as a "leader" in order to overcome critics in the UK.
Speaking to Express.co.uk, Hayley Knight from BEYELLOW suggested: "All of the PR implemented would be authentic, purpose driven, and designed to position Meghan as a leader, and place her above her critics.
"I'd make her a very active and engaging presence, and connect her with audiences within the UK who do support her and her work, and get her deals that are relevant to this.
"Though she is always going to attract tabloid and negative attention, I would purposely move away from this side of the press and focus on PR that is inspiring, empowering and makes a difference to her audience and community."

Meghan Markle should ditch royal brand and focus on key topic in bid to boost UK relaunch
EXCLUSIVE: A PR expert has advised Meghan Markle on the one thing she should do to improve her image in the UK.
Hayley Knight from BE YELLOW told Express.co.uk: "As a PR, if I was working with Meghan Markle, I would focus on her women's rights activism, and lean in to content creation and developing her brand around wellness, health and spirituality.
"[This is because] Meghan, as a mother, no one sees this side very much, whilst keeping family matters out of the press.
"I feel that a strategy around these areas would soften the edges of her reputation and would pull out parts of the real Meghan."

Fans of the Duchess will be excited by the new venture, but not everybody shares the same view, as Assistant Editor for The Times, Kate Manley, claimed it was not "feminist".
She said on Times Radio: "Of all the things the world might need right now, it isn't another aspirational lifestyle blog from someone incredibly wealthy, fresh from their mansion.

Prince Harry and Prince William's feud 'dates back decades' as childhood rivalry laid bare
EXCLUSIVE: The feud between Prince Harry and Prince William can be traced back to their childhood, according to a family psychotherapist.
Helen Villiers told Express.co.uk: "Where one child is valued more highly than another in his family system, regardless of whether or not the parents are trying to treat them equally, there will inevitably be rivalry and it could be that they are the heir to the throne and it could be that one is more academically intelligent or gifted or something than the other.
"And as a result, they are both internally in the family system valued more highly, but also externally valued more highly. If we look at William and Harry, growing up as children, William was heir to the throne, the firstborn boy and therefore, he naturally has had much more media attention priority."
