Prince William and Prince Harry could finally "end their bitter feud" following an "in-depth" phone call between the brothers - but Meghan will have the final say, according to a royal expert.
Both King Charles and Princess Kate's shock cancer diognoses could bring the family back together after "one of the worst public royal rifts ever," royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams said.
However, he claims that ultimately Meghan will decide whether she, Harry and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, will make a return visit to the UK.
Fitzwilliams told The Sun rumours could not be "agreed or denied" at this time, but that "surprising" things could happen as early as "next week".

Fitzwilliams added: "Harry will be here at some point in May, and maybe before then to see King Charles.
"The problem is the King and Princess of Wales have their diagnosis' and no one knows the state of what precisely William and Harry have said to each other when they spoke briefly."
But he suggested a resolution could be possible - but it could depend on one key condition.

Illness in the family is a "big game changer" and can help build bridges, he said.
But the commentator claimed: "Meghan has the final say. There's no doubt Harry wants to show he is a very devoted family man and will put them above everything else.
"The third issue is Meghan isn't obviously keen on visiting Britain because she is not popular here. Nor is Harry, but it's different for him."
"If Meghan didn't want to come she could never be forced to. It would be extremely unlikely Harry would come over with the kids without Meghan."
