Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's daughter, Princess Lilibet, is set for a pivotal 2024 as the young princess will turn three in less than two months and could potentially return to her father's home country after only setting foot in it once.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their second child on June 4, 2021, at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, California.
Lili, as she's been previously called by her parents, is being raised away from the spotlight alongside her older brother, Prince Archie, four, in Montecito.
But whilst the Sussex couple have tried to keep their family life private after their sensational exit from the Royal Family in 2020, they've shared glimpses of it throughout the years, particularly during their Netflix docuseries, Harry & Meghan.
After her arrival, her parents said in a statement: "On June 4th, we were blessed with the arrival of our daughter, Lili. She is more than we could have ever imagined, and we remain grateful for the love and prayers we've felt from across the globe. "

Earlier this year, Harry spoke to Good Morning America about being a father and revealed: "The kids are doing great. The kids are growing up like all kids do, very very fast.
"They have both got an incredible sense of humour and make us laugh and keep us grounded every single day, like most kids do.
"So I'm just very grateful to be a dad."
Now, as Lilibet is nearing her third birthday, royal experts weigh in on whether the young princess could join her parents and make her grand UK return this year, as Express.co.uk takes a look at the most significant moments known to the public in her life.

Princess Lilibet's christening in Los Angeles
Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor's christening was quite different to the one of her older brother.
She was christened on March 3 2023 in a private service at the Sussexes's Montecito home by the Bishop of Los Angeles, John H. Taylor, with her godfather being the American actor and comedian Tyler Perry and the identity of her godmother still unknown.
The young royal's name is a sweet nod to her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth who was affectionately named 'Lilibet' when she was little, and her late grandmother, Princess Diana.
Harry and Meghan said in their birth announcement: "Lili is named after her great-grandmother, Her Majesty The Queen, whose family nickname is Lilibet. Her middle name, Diana, was chosen to honour her beloved late grandmother, The Princess of Wales."
The christening announcement was also significant, as it signified the first time the Sussexes used prince or princess titles for their children.
Unlike Archie, who was christened by the Archbishop of Canterbury in a ceremony at Windsor Castle in July 2019, there were no pictures published of Lilibet's special day.
At the time of the christening, it was reported that the Sussexes sent out invitations to members of the Royal Family, however, none were able to attend.
Princess Lilibet's first birthday party at Frogmore cottage
The Sussexes's daughter's first birthday party took place at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor during her only visit to her father's home country.
The Montecito family visited the UK in June 2022 for the late Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
At the time, it was reported that Meghan and Harry threw a private picnic party to celebrate their daughter's first birthday and also released an adorable portrait of her, taken by photographer and family friend Misan Harriman.
Lilibet was pictured wearing a blue check romper with a white bow hairband.
Royal author Omid Scobie, who's long been linked to Harry and Meghan, said the "intimate" party involved face painting and a bespoke birthday cake by baker Claire Ptak.
While the Prince and Princess of Wales's children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis did not attend the soiree due to the Jubilee celebrations, Lili's other cousins, Mike Tindall and Zara’s children Mia, Lena and Lucas did as well as Peter Phillips and Autumn Kelly's children, Savannah and Isla.
UK return and royal reunion
This year could also see Lilibet return to the UK on two separate occasions.
In May, Harry is set to visit the UK for an Invictus Games event in London, with people speculating it would be a good opportunity to bring his children too.
According to sources, the Sussexes had planned to spend a few days in the UK after the event on May 8 but are now faced with security fears over their travel plans leaking.
On June 7, just a few days after her third birthday, Archie's godfather, Hugh Grosvenor, the Duke of Westminster, will be getting married at a lavish ceremony in Chester, which could also mean Lilibet could visit, however, both visits were said to be down to Meghan's decision, according to a royal expert.
Veteran royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told Express.co.uk: "It is highly possible, and he [Prince Harry] hinted at this, that he will be in Britain to see his father on other occasions. If Meghan does come over, she might bring Archie and Lili, but this whole area is shrouded in speculation."
If the trips do go ahead and Lilibet comes back to the UK again, it could provide a great opportunity for her and her brother to reunite with their estranged family across the pond.
