Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie 'avoided Prince Harry' over Royal Family concerns

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie likely missed Prince Harry's Invictus event in London last week to avoid causing tension within the Royal Family, a royal commentator has claimed.
The Duke of Sussex is known to be close to his two cousins, and he even chose to introduce them to Meghan Markle before any other family member.
Earlier this month, Harry returned to the UK for a brief visit to attend the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games in London.

The two daughters of Prince Andrew did not attend the event, nor did any other member of the family.
However, family members of his late mother, Princess Diana - including her brother, Charles Spencer, and sister Lady Jane Fellowes - were present.

Royal pundit Richard Fitzwilliams told GB News that Beatrice and Eugenie would not have been at the event without the King's approval.
He stated: "They [Beatrice and Eugenie] would not have been expected to be there because that would have been a sign of a split in the Royal Family.
"You would have had royals there, some there and not others, that would have been seized on."
Fitzwilliams further added that despite Beatrice and Eugenie's "close relationship with Harry", they wouldn't have committed to attending the event without consulting King Charles.

He said: "If you had any members of the Royal Family going it would have been perceived as a split.
"There would have been no way Beatrice and Eugenie would have attended an event like that without the King's consent."
Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, despite not being working members of the Royal Family, do participate in events and hold patronages.
