Meghan Markle got a "dressing down" from Queen Elizabeth after one remark.

Royal author Katie Nicholl alleged that the incident happened when the Duchess was taste-testing food for her wedding to Prince Harry in 2018.

She was reportedly left "unimpressed" and said to have "got very upset" after saying she "felt that she could taste egg" in one of the dishes.

Katie told Yahoo's Royal Box that Meghan was informed there was no egg in the dish, yet she was unconvinced. The Duchess allegedly hit back: "No, I can taste it."

Queen Elizabeth II, who died in September 2022, walked into the room at Windsor Castle and "quietly took Meghan to the side". The late monarch allegedly told Meghan that "the Royal Family does not speak to people like that".

Rumours concerning Meghan's interactions with staff previously surfaced after her former communications secretary, Jason Knauf, accused her of bullying.

Meghan and her representatives have consistently denied all such allegations, with them previously being described as a "calculated smear campaign based on misleading and harmful misinformation".

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle loving one key thing about UK's snap general election

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been described as "rebel royals" who will "love the extra attention" they get now that the Royal Family have gone into pre-election shutdown mode, a royal author has claimed.

Last week, Buckingham Palace said the Firm is to postpone engagements "which may appear to divert attention or distract from the election campaign", after Prime Minister Rishi Sunak announced a General Election for July 4.

Meghan Markle wanted two things the Royal Family could never give her

Meghan Markle was left wanting for two things when she was a member of the Royal Family which may have encouraged her to quit, a former royal correspondent has said.

She and Prince Harry stepped down as working royals in early 2020, less than two years after they married and Meghan officially became a senior member of the Firm.

Jennie Bond explained that if the Duchess of Sussex desired any control over her life or a coveted spot in the limelight, royal life clearly was not for her.

The two pals Prince William can trust amid Prince Harry feud

Although Prince William faces an ongoing feud between himself and his younger brother, Prince Harry, there are said to be two key friends the Prince of Wales can trust implicitly for unwavering support, an expert claims.

They are Peter Phillips, his cousin, and Mike Tindall, both of whom stand as brotherly figures to the future king and are within the Royal Family.

Reflecting on how important these relationships will be, going forward, former BBC royal correspondent, Jennie Bond, told OK! Magazine: "When two people in a family fall out, it makes life very difficult not only for them, but for the rest of the family too. Loyalties are tested and there is no easy answer."

William has also been a pillar of strength for Princess Kate, who is undergoing treatment for cancer. In an emotional video revealing her condition, Kate said he had been "a great source of comfort and reassurance" to her throughout, and that they have taken time to "process and manage this privately" for the sake of their children.

Royal Family urged to ‘remove Harry and Meghan from website completely’ for one key reason

The Royal Family has been urged to remove any mentions of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from its official page to appease royal fans.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's page on the website has already been heavily modified since they stepped down, with Harry's 2016 statement regarding the poor treatment of Meghan removed in recent weeks.

The statement appears to have been removed from the website in December 2023, but the change was only recently spotted by “eagle-eyed royal fans." But to expert Kinsey Schofield, the move is not enough to appease royal watchers.

Ms Schofield, founder of To Di For Daily and Kinsey Schofield Unfiltered, told the Daily Express: “Fans that side with the working royals really want Harry and Meghan removed from the site in general.

“They feel like that connection only gives the Sussexes credibility and in giving them that credibility or platform, the Royal Family is furthering Harry and Meghan’s destructive cause, which some would argue is disrupting the monarchy.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle 'falling on their faces' as key strategy not working

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle continue to "fall on their faces" outside the Royal Family, a royal commentator has claimed.

Kinsey Schofield made the remark while discussing reports Prince William plans to put younger royals centre stage and end the "slimmed down" monarchy.

The US-based commentator pointed to Princess Anne dismissing the suggestion of a trimmed monarchy, adding the reason why there are fewer working royals is because of the "tragic hand" the Windsors have been dealt, with King Charles and Princess Kate both undergoing cancer treatment.

Prince Harry’s military pal claims Duke is 'struggling' with new life in the US

Prince Harry’s former Army training partner, Dean Stott, claimed the Duke has found it hard to be so far from the UK in the wake of King Charles’ cancer prognosis.

Stott and Harry met during boot camp when the Duke of Sussex was just 22. As the now 39-year-old eases into middle age, his old friend claimed he is now missing his family.

When Charles first announced his diagnosis, Harry scrambled to get on a plane and race to the UK to see his father and the two met for 30 minutes.

The Duke then made his way back to California the following day only to return once more in May. During his second visit, he didn't meet with the King or any other members of his family.

Stott told Australia’s 9News: "So for Harry, it's got to be difficult living in America, there is that distance so I have no doubt it's going to be hard on him and that's why I really do hope there's some sort of resolution soon before it's too late."

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in 'complete overhaul' as Netflix 'loses interest'

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry could soon face yet another headrest as Netflix is "losing interest" in the couple, according to a royal expert.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex signed an agreement with the streaming platform worth an estimated £100 million just a few months after they announced they would no longer be working royals.

The pair have since produced a documentary on their decision to quit the Royal Family titled Harry & Meghan as well as a documentary on Harry's work with the Invictus Games.

However, the Duke and Duchess have repeatedly been challenged on their commitment to the deal and fuelled speculation the contract could soon be terminated.

Prince Harry and Meghan afforded 'great timing' to launch brand after 'serious worry'

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry could benefit from the "great timing" of the general election to promote their brand, a royal author has claimed.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry could benefit from the "great timing" of the general election to promote their brand, a royal author has claimed.

The follows a period of "serious worry," royal commentator Tom Quinn said.

Just last week, Buckingham Palace declared that the Royal Family would be delaying engagements that might "divert attention or distract" from the imminent General Election.

Quinn suggested that this is the opportunity that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been anticipating to "promote the Sussex royal brand".

Meghan Markle's failure to understand she wasn't 'top dog' hastened departure from Firm

Meghan Markle's inability to recognise that she was not the royal "top day" hastened her and Prince Harry's departure from the Royal Family, according to a former BBC correspondent.

Despite Meghan's interest in charity work, with women's rights, mental health and animal welfare being just some of her chosen causes, she only lasted a couple of years as a working royal before stepping back.

Journalist Jennie Bond told OK! magazine: "I have always held the view that Meghan failed to understand that she would never be the top dog in the Royal Family… or even the deputy top dog.

"There's absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to be in complete control and charge of your life. There’s nothing wrong with seeking the limelight. It’s just that the Royal Family was the wrong vehicle for her ambitions."

Real reason Prince Harry and King Charles are failing to patch up their relationship

Prince Harry has no chance of healing his ongoing rift with his father, King Charles, "anytime soon", however, there might be a light at the end of the tunnel, according to a royal expert.

The Duke of Sussex has been estranged from the Royal Family ever since he and his wife Meghan Markle quit their royal duties and moved to the US in 2020.

The pair's strained relationship with the Firm was damaged even more after they made a series of claims against the royals through TV interviews, their Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan and the duke's memoir, Spare.

But whilst there may have been hope Harry could reconcile with his estranged family following the King's cancer diagnosis earlier this year, royal author Robert Hardman argued this will not happen anytime soon as "people are wounded" and there is a "trust issue" between the two camps, the Independent reports.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on the brink of major financial trouble after new setbacks

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle should brace themselves for major financial trouble if Netflix doesn't renew their lucrative deal, a royal expert has warned.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex left the Royal Family in 2020 and moved to America where they tried to set up a life for themselves and their young family by being financially independent.

Harry and Meghan have taken part in a number of projects and struck various deals, including one with Netflix.

Shortly after their royal departure, the pair signed a lucrative five-year deal with the streaming giant, which was reportedly worth £80million ($100million)

But while the Sussex couple have a couple of projects - like Harry's polo show and Meghan's cookery show - in early production, they were warned they could face financial trouble if the deal - which is set to expire in just a few months - doesn't get renewed.

Prince Harry in 'hot water' as US visa under threat if Donald Trump gets the Presidency

Prince Harry is reportedly facing a “lose-lose” situation in the US after a new development in his visa legal battle, a royal expert has claimed.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved to the US in 2020 after stepping back from the royal duties.

The couple kept their Duke and Duchess of Sussex titles but are no longer addressed as his or her royal highness (HRH). Prince Harry also gave up his military titles.

Harry is currently involved in a US court case where The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, wants the royal's visa documents to be made public after he admitted to taking recreational drugs in his memoir Spare.

GB News' Digital Royal Editor Svar Nanan-Sen and Royal Correspondent Cameron Walker discussed Harry's legal battle in the US.

A Palace spokesperson said: "The Royal Family will – in accordance with normal procedure – postpone engagements that may appear to divert attention or distract from the election campaign."

Now royal author Tom Quinn claimed that this is the moment the Duke and Duchess have been waiting for in order to "promote the Sussex royal brand".

He told the Mirror: "The British public will miss seeing and hearing about the royal family as they go into pre-Election shutdown mode so what could be more natural than turning their attention to the rebel royals - Megan and Harry will love the extra attention and not just because it will be one in the eye for the royal family."

The royal expert added that Meghan will consider this royal absence as "great timing" for her new lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard.

Expert pinpoints when Meghan Markle may decide to make her return to UK

Meghan Markle is likely to stay away from the UK "for the foreseeable future" due to her lack of popularity, an expert has claimed, however King Charles could encourage her to return for one reason.

Since Meghan and Prince Harry moved to Montecito in California back in 2020, they have kept their family life over there relatively private with only occasional trips back home for the Prince.

Meghan, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet have only been back to Britain once as a family - for the Platinum Jubilee in June 2022 - the one time the King was able to meet his youngest granddaughter.

The last time the Duchess of Sussex came over was just three months later for Queen Elizabeth's funeral, and has avoided all royal invites since then, even skipping the Coronation.

The King's lack of contact with the American side of his family is understandably painful for him and may be the cause for Meghan finally travelling back to the UK with Archie and Lilibet.

Prince Harry and Meghan take very different parenting approach to Prince William and Kate

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have chosen to keep childcare within the family mostly, with Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland helping care for Prince Archie five, and Princess Lilibet, two, - however, this differs from how Prince William and Princess Kate's children are being raised. The Prince and Princess of Wales rely heavily on their Spanish nanny, Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo, from the prestigious Norland Agency to look after their three children, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, nine, and Prince Louis, six.Maria joined the family in 2014 when Prince George was just a tot at eight months old and today she still works for the family and is said to be an important support for Kate while she recovers from cancer at home, despite both parents also being "hands-on" with family life.Speaking to Express.co.uk, a source explained: "The Wales family have taken a very different approach. But it must be noted that before Kate’s illness, the Wales family worked extremely hard. The children also live at home with their parents."

At first, the Sussexes had hired a paediatric nurse and consultant, to care for Prince Archie shortly after he was born. At the time, the family was living at Frogmore Cottage before announcing their decision to step down from their roles as working royals in 2020 and eventually relocate to the United States.

It was also reported that Meghan and Harry were forced to dismiss a night nanny after an unsettling incident with Archie, which made them wary of subsequent hires. This incident, detailed in Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand's biography "Finding Freedom," described how the couple had to let the nurse go on her second night after reportedly being "unprofessional and irresponsible."

Reason King Charles 'hopes' Meghan Markle and Prince Harry continue Netflix deal revealed

King Charles III is likely "hoping" that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's deal with Netflix continues for one major reason, a royal expert has claimed.

Meghan and Harry signed a five-year deal with the major streaming service in 2020, shortly after making the decision to step down as senior working royals.

Their lucrative deal is set to come to an end next year, but royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams believes King Charles is hoping it will be renewed to avoid further "exposés of royal life".

Speaking to the Mirror, Mr Fitzwilliams said that both the King and Prince William "no longer trust" Harry and Meghan.

He said: "It runs out next year and Netflix are no longer producing the series of The Crown, as they previously were. They might therefore have less interest in the Sussexes.

"If they lost this contract, with Archewell, their business and charitable foundation, having so few donors, they might well be in financial trouble.

"Since their exposés of royal life has made megabucks, but little else has made money, the Royal Family better hope that this unpredictable and ruthlessly ambitious couple stays with Netflix."

Meghan Markle 'knows key move would make millions' but 'fills King Charles with horror'

Meghan Markle knows a memoir detailing her life as a working royal would fly off the shelves, but the prospect reportedly fills King Charles with horror, an author has claimed.

Tom Quinn said the Duchess of Sussex is aware a book would also boost her latest business venture, America Riviera Orchard.

He told the Mirror: "For all her efforts to make a success of her new online business, America Riviera Orchard, Meghan knows a personal memoir of her time in the UK as a working royal would sell millions of copies and make her the sort of money she craves."

Mr Quinn claimed Meghan is "acutely aware" such a book would "boost traffic" to her new business, adding: "All this fills King Charles with horror because Harry is bound to be a major contributor to the book. And we know there is a lot more material."

After Spare hit the shelves, the Duke of Sussex said he had enough material for two books. Mr Quinn added: "With all this hanging over his head, Charles is not in a forgiving mood."

The author claimed if Harry were to admit to his father and Prince William he had gone too far and would not make more "embarrassing revelations", then things might be different.

Prince Harry facing 'lose-lose' situation amid furious visa row, claims expert

It has been claimed Prince Harry is facing a "lose-lose" situation after a new development in his visa legal battle, according to a royal expert. It comes as a conservative think tank, The Heritage Foundation, wants the royal’s visa documents to be made public, after he admitted taking recreational drugs in his bombshell memoir, Spare.

GB News' digital royal editor, Svar Nanan-Sen, and royal correspondent, Cameron Walker, sat down for the second episode of the podcast, 'The Royal Record', where they discussed Harry's legal battle in the US.Speaking on the podcast Svar said: "I think if the documents are released, it's a lose-lose situation for Prince Harry. As you've said, he's either lied on his documents and the penalty could be really harsh for that, including being deported.

"Or, he admitted to taking drugs on his documents, in which case it raises questions about whether he received special treatment as a member of the Royal Family."The GB News royal correspondent weighed in: "In his memoir Spare, he admitted to taking marijuana, cocaine and psychedelic mushrooms. Under US immigration law, you cannot lie on your immigration record to say you have not done illegal substances.

"If you have done so, because that is under law, grounds for deportation. It is not necessarily grounds for deportation if you do publicly disclose that on the forms."

Prince Harry's touching gesture to Princess Charlotte moments before heartbreaking goodbye

Prince Harry made a touching gesture to Princess Charlotte moments before they said their final farewell to Queen Elizabeth II at the late monarch's committal service. The Duke of Sussex was sat next to his niece for the sombre occasion, with Harry and Charlotte sharing an emotional exchange.

Footage shows Charlotte re-arranging her hat just before looking towards her uncle Harry, who briefly glances up, catches his niece's eye and smiles at her.

Charlotte and her brother, Prince George, attended the committal service and State Funeral at Westminster Abbey, where 2,000 people gathered to mark the late Queen's passing.

Prince William and Princess Kate flanked George and Charlotte, who it had been decided should attend while younger brother Prince Louis remained at home.

Kate held Charlotte's hand as they took part in a procession, with the State Funeral ceremony held at the Abbey and the Committal Service taking place at St George's Chapel, Windsor.

Meghan Markle 'determined to avoid the UK' as she wants 'nothing to do with Royal Family'

Meghan Markle is "determined" that she wants "nothing to do with" the UK or the Royal Family, claims royal expert and author Tom Quinn.

The Duchess of Sussex didn't join Prince Harry in the UK earlier this month - and has not visited Britain at all for almost two years.

As reported by the Mirror, Meghan - who was last in the UK for the late Queen's funeral in September 2022 - wants to stay away from the UK "for the foreseeable future".

According to Mr Quinn, the former actress is "determined" to stick to her decision. This has reportedly left King Charles feeling "deeply distressed" as he sees the ongoing feud with Meghan and Harry as "pointless".

Speaking to the Mirror, Mr Quinn added: "Meghan wants absolutely nothing to do with the Royal Family."

Prince Harry met with brutal one-word response from William and Charles in tense meeting

Prince William and King Charles had a brutal one-word response for Prince Harry when he returned to the UK to mourn the loss of the patriarch of the Royal Family.

The Duke of Sussex travelled back to Windsor in April 2021 to attend the socially distanced funeral of his grandfather Prince Philip, leaving a heavily pregnant Meghan Markle at home in California.

During his visit Harry recalled in his memoir Spare that he request a chat with his estranged father and brother, just weeks after the infamous Oprah Winfrey aired.

While waiting for them to arrive for the meeting Harry said he was anxious they would not turn up, but eventually saw them approaching with a "grim, almost menacing" look.

As they greeted each other Harry referred to them affectionately by his names for them, "Willy" and "Pa", to which they responded with a single "painfully tepid" word - "Harold".

'Real reason' why Royal Family deleted Prince Harry's statement from website

A PR expert has pinpointed the exact reason why Prince Harry's old statement about his wife Meghan Markle was taken down from the Royal Family's official website.

Last week, the royals made headlines over the removal of a particular statement issued by Prince Harry back in 2016, in which he essentially confirmed his relationship with Meghan while he lashed out at the British media.

The statement, released by Kensington Palace in 2016 when the couple announced their relationship to the public, was the one which left King Charles and Prince William "furious" as it made them "look bad" for not defending their wives the same way, according to Prince Harry's memoir Spare.

The Duke of Sussex condemned the press for subjecting his then-girlfriend, Meghan Markle, to a "wave of abuse and harassment".

According to the statement, the couple were "a few months into a relationship" and it was "not right" that the duchess should be subjected to such treatment.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle: 'Titles here to stay' as royals make major move

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's "titles are here to stay" an expert has claimed, as the royals make a major move in how they expect to handle the US-based couple.

Ingrid Seward, editor in chief of Majesty Magazine said she thinks Harry and Meghan will never lose their titles as she would be given a completely different name.

The expert told The Royal Beat: "I don’t think anything will happen to the titles.

"Because if they lose their titles, Harry is still a prince of the blood and Meghan instead of being the Duchess of Sussex, would be Princess Henry. That really would confuse the Americans. I think it’s probably best just to leave it because it looks unkind, it looks unnecessary.

She also shared the royals major move in dealing with them: "I think the best thing is to leave them, ignore them, and let them get on with it - which is really what the Palace and the Royal Family are doing. "

The royal tradition is that by marrying a prince, a woman can take a princess title but only with her husband's name. That would mean for Meghan she would become Princess Henry (Harry's real first name), but she's more widely known as the Duchess of Sussex. The same is true for Kate, who's official title is Princess William.

Meghan Markle 'is boss in marriage as Harry wears heart on sleeve'

Meghan Markle has shown that she is her "own boss" and likes to take centre stage, as her husband, Prince Harry is no longer afraid to be "true to himself" and wears "his heart on his sleeve", a body language expert has claimed.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been trying to rebrand themselves away from the Royal Family, ever since stepping down as senior working royals in 2020 and according to body language expert Darren Stanton, their efforts have paid off.

Speaking to the Mirror on behalf of Betfair Bingo, Mr Stanton claimed Meghan is a "leading figure" like her husband and likes to be open about how she's feeling and "wants to let people in", whereas Harry appears a lot more confident ever since leaving the Firm.

He explained: "She [Meghan] is her own boss and there's a sense she doesn't want to let anyone down. She's a naturally good communicator and could speak to anyone she crosses paths with.

"Harry used to be very quiet and shy when out and about as a Royal, whereas now he is very expressive with how he's feeling. He wears his heart on his sleeve and isn't afraid to be true to himself."

Meghan Markle and Harry's 'presidential visit' shows they 'want to have cake and eat it'

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's high-profile visit to Nigeria has been described as a "have your cake and eat it" situation by a royal commentator.

The 72-hour, whirlwind trip to West Africa undertaken this month by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex was hailed by some commentators as a success for the California-based couple.

The trip was said to be deeply personal for both Meghan and Harry. During their meetings, they were able to continue their work around the Invictus Games, the Duke's paralympic-style event for ill and wounded veterans and military personnel, and women empowerment.

Moreover, Meghan was able to explore her heritage, two years after she revealed during her podcast series Archetypes to have discovered through genealogy tests to be 43 percent Nigerian.

Speaking at an event on women in leadership, the Duchess said: "Every single moment that I hear anyone talk about what it means to be a Nigerian woman, it is the most flattering thing to be in that company."

Meghan Markle blasted after 'hilarious' podcast detail revealed in fresh humiliation

Meghan Markle's podcast has been slammed as "hilarious" by one celebrity. Perez Hilton was being interviewed on Kinsey Schofield's YouTube channel when she asked him what he thought of the Duchess of Sussex's Archetypes podcast.

The American replied by saying that while the podcast was supposed to "champion women", all of the guests were "rich and famous".

He said: "I thought it was hilarious because she claims to be this champion of women and for the people, and yet every guest - if not then the overwhelming majority of guests - were celebrities.

"Why are you doing this thing about women, yet we're only hearing the voices of the rich and famous?"

Prince Harry faces 'sad reminder' that he has 'no relationship' with this royal

Prince Harry has been hit with a "sad reminder" from Prince William that he has "no relationship at all" with this one royal, an expert has claimed.

The brothers have had an increasingly strained relationship since Prince Harry stepped down as a working royal with Meghan Markle in 2020.

Since then and the couple's subsequent move to California, he has rarely reunited with his family, which has affected every single member.

Royal author Tom Quinn claimed that the Duke of Sussex has become completely estranged from his nephew, Prince George, despite sharing similar interests with the young heir to the throne.

According to his father, Prince George is a "potential pilot in the making" - a similar passion to Prince Harry, who was an apache helicopter pilot during a tour of Afghanistan.

Prince Harry is 'America's ultimate Nepo baby' who 'needs to be honest with public'

Prince Harry has been labelled "America's ultimate Nepo baby" by US-based royal commentator Kinsey Schofield as the row over his visa application rumbles on.

The conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation brought a case against the Duke of Sussex some months ago asking for details of his American visa application to be made public, following revelations in his memoir Spare that he had previously taken drugs.

Such an admission would normally prevent a visa in the US from being granted, leading to questions over whether he lied in the application or was given a pass due to his royal status.

The Department of Homeland Security has since argued that the documents should not be released in order to avoid a negative perception of Harry, with the Biden administration requesting that the information remain confidential.

Speaking to Kevin O'Sullivan on TalkTV, Ms Schofield called on the Prince to be "honest" as that is the only way to make the issue disappear.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's love story removed from Royal Family website

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's love story confirmation has been removed from the Royal Family’s website.

The prince released a statement in 2016 confirming his romance with the former actress and defended his then-girlfriend from racist abuse.

Reportedly, it has since been pulled from the Royal Family website, with the link to the statement not working for users.

Newsweek reported that the statement stopped being accessible sometime in early December.

The last time a working version of it was successfully captured by the internet archive Wayback Machine was on December 3, 2023, with an archive attempt a week later being unsuccessful.

Removal of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's HRH titles 'backfires' on King Charles

The decision to strip Prince Harry and Meghan Markle of their HRH titles back in 2020 seems to have "backfired" for King Charles as it has fuelled their desire to speak out against the Royal Family.

When the couple announced they were stepping down as working royals four years ago they were allowed to keep their Duke and Duchess of Sussex titles, but were told they could no longer be known as HRH (His or Her Royal Highness).

The Sunday Times royal editor Roya Nikkhah commented that since the Sussexes stepped back from royal duties, "banning them from using their HRH titles has only emboldened them to take on all the battles that royal life once prevented them from entering".

News.com.au also reported that Harry has been on a "truth-telling" spree since leaving the Firm, with the couple's Oprah Winfrey interview, Netflix documentary and his memoir Spare dishing the dirt on royal life.

While some have called for Harry and Meghan to lose their status as Duke and Duchess, royal expert Ingrid Seward believes this is "unnecessary" and unlikely to happen.
