Prince William has posted an update on social media as he prepares to fly to Berlin to watch Gareth Southgate's England team play Spain in the Euro 2024 final.
He shared a message of support this afternoon to the squad: "We are so proud of you all @england, just one last push to finish the job! Go out there and show the world what you’re made of. We believe. W."
The Prince of Wales is President of the Football Association and a committed football fan, although he was not able to be in Dortmund to watch England beat the Netherlands in the semi-final due to a Homewards engagement the next day.
However, he was snapped cheering on his team as they played in the quarter-finals and in the group stages, as the Lions have emerged as the tournament's underdogs.
It is hoped that Prince George will be able to join his father in Berlin for the match, as he has previously accompanied William to see his beloved Aston Villa play.

Although kick-off at 8pm may be a little late for the young Prince, he has already broken up for the summer holidays and will shortly be celebrating his 11th birthday so this could be an early birthday treat.
William's reaction to England's win over Switzerland last weekend on penalties left fans delighted as he appeared noticeably tense, before cheering and punching the air when the team scored.
After the match the Prince shared his emotions in a post on X: "Nail biting to the very end. Well done @England! Semi-finals here we come! We believe. W."

Then on Wednesday evening he praised Ollie Watkins for his winning goal over the Dutch, writing: "What a beauty, Ollie! Congratulations England! #EURO2024 Finalists W."
England will play favourites Spain on Sunday July 14 in the German capital, with kick-off at 8pm GMT and the game being shown on both BBC and ITV.
It is the second time that England have reached consecutive Euros finals, having lost to Italy on penalties during the tournament in 2021.
Passionate football fan William previously opened about his love for Aston Villa to Gary Lineker: "A long time ago at school I got into football big time. All my friends were Chelsea or Manchester United fans and I didn’t really want to follow a run-of-the-mill team.
"I wanted to have a team that was more mid-table that could give me more emotional rollercoaster moments. Aston Villa has always had a great history."
William has also shared his devotion to England's women's team with his daughter Princess Charlotte, as they issued a message of support to the Lionesses ahead of their triumph in the Euros final in 2022.
