Grandmother, 92, seriously injured after car ploughs into her HOUSE - man charged
A MAN has been charged after he seriously injured a grandmother when he crashed his car into her house in Bolton.

Michael Vose, 39, has been charged with section 47 assault, criminal damage and causing serious injury by dangerous driving. The 92-year-old woman was inside her Bungalow on Bolton Road, in Westhoughton, when Vose drove his BMW into her house, Manchester Evening News reported.
She was badly injured and rushed to hospital for treatment where she remains in a serious condition, police say.
Police were called to the house just after 5.15am on November 28.
Pictures from the scene show the car to have smashed through the exterior wall into the house.
The vehicle is fully embedded in the building and surrounded by bricks and rubble.

It was eventually removed from the inside of the house two days later on the afternoon of November 30 by a recovery truck.
Vose, of Mount Pleasant Avenue, St Helens, has been charged and is currently remanded in custody.
A court date appearance is yet to be confirmed.
