The rose garden, although between seasons ,was fabulous. The river walk was gorgeous and the river was so clear. The swan and ducks were enjoying trying to swim against the current. Great coffee shops with a good selection of sandwiches and snacks. Very interesting to find out the history of the house."
A second added: "Lovely gardens and pretty walks. Nice cafes with seating inside and out. Another bonus is that you can take your dogs into quite a lot of the area. The house was very interesting and staff helpful. Lovely place for a picnic."
