Arab playboy Bin Abduallah received the ticket while dining with friends inside a plush west London restaurant.
Outside, parked on double yellow lines, were his Mercedes G63 and a £350,000 Lamborghini Aventador SV, which was also dipped in gold. The Mercedes was parked just yards away from a car park.
The wealthy Saudi Arabian flew in four cars from his luxury fleet for a London holiday with his pals, which along with the Mercedes and Lamborghini include a Rolls Royce and a Bentley.
