A Spanish beach popular with tourists is dubbed one of the country's longest - and it also has an array of bird wildlife frequenting the area.
Almonte-Doñana, near Spain’s Donana National Park stretches around 28 kilometres (17.5 miles) from Matalascañas to the mouth of the Guadalquivir.
What’s more, the national park that the beach is located close to is home to some very special species of bird.
According to Spain.info, the area has “some of the most endangered species on the planet, like the Spanish imperial eagle and the Iberian lynx”.
They said: “Doñana is home to more than 230 species of birds and you might be lucky enough to see breathtaking scenes such as the "pink carpet" that the flamingo colonies create when they feed.”
Alongside acting as a landing spot for the famous birds, the area also helps sustain the wildlife.
They explained: “In fact, the marshlands are a staging, breeding and wintering site for thousands of European and African birds.”
Alongside the flying birds, the beaches are also home to some spectacular landscapes.
They added: “Among the varied landscapes, you'll be amazed at natural phenomena like the mobile dunes (some over 30 metres high) which move from the beach and bury all the pine groves in their path.”
