Vladimir Putin has been accused of secretly listening in on doctors in Moscow to catch people trying to avoid joining the army, according to unions.
It's been reported that no one gave permission for this and the doctors are not allowed to say no to the spy software on their computers.
"I absolutely do not want my conversations with doctors to be transmitted somewhere, nor recorded," said a worried person from Moscow. "This is a medical secret. I should have the right to this."
An IT expert was really shocked: "It makes my hair stand on end. No arguments like 'anonymised data' will convince me. This is murky."
The government says they're doing this to make sure doctors talk nicely to patients. They don't want them to be rude or laugh at them.
Signs tell patients: "The conversation is recorded in order to improve service quality."

Maria Gubareva, who leads a health union, shared that doctors are really upset about the spyware.
She revealed that the intrusive measure was introduced without consultation just a few days ago.
The health union leader also suggested that by booking an appointment, patients are unknowingly "agreeing that all intimate details, which they cannot always tell out loud even to a doctor, will be available to third parties".
She added: "Total control makes you want to instantly become a robotic cat."

Gubareva predicted that doctors will resort to using "a set of routine phrases, nothing personal," resulting in poorer service for patients.
"God forbid you distract the patient during an unpleasant procedure with extraneous conversation. Big brother is watching us... The concept of medical confidentiality, a sacrament existing between a doctor and a patient, is vanishing."
Doctors have been instructed not to cover their computers to muffle the sound.
One patient voiced their concern: "Considering that everything these days is hacked, then scammers or the Internet will listen. There is no longer a right to privacy and secrets at all."
There are fears that this could be used to identify doctors who provide false medical exemptions to those called up to the Russian army.
Claims have been made that Putin was losing thousands of soldiers in "suicidal meat assaults" back in December.
It's believed that Putin has lost nearly 400,000 troops since the start of his war against Ukraine, with over 3,200 troops lost in just three days of bombardment last month.
His frontline is also reportedly suffering from "rat-bite" fever, as per Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate. Despite complaints about the disease outbreak, it's said that Russian commanders have dismissed them, viewing fevers as an excuse to dodge combat.
