CCTV cameras caught the moment two Russian soldiers broke into a pig farm in what appeared to be a desperate search for food.
Throughout the two year war, there have been continual reports of Russian soldiers complaining about food rations.
Many have had to resort to their own devices to find enough food to survive, as the Russian army appears to be struggling to feed its troops.
In the latest incident, two armed Russian soldiers were caught by security cameras trying to enter a building of a pig farm in the Belgorod region.
After several attempts to force their way into a one-storey white building, a soldier is able to enter.
However he soon reappears empty handed, before both jump into a car and speed away to safety.
Numerous videos have emerged of Russian soldiers stealing food and robbing banks in Ukraine.
In one clip, two Russians are filmed trying to open a safe in the Kherson region, weeks after the start of the war.
Other images show troops pilfering the shelves of a grocery store, as they stock up on essential supplies.

Russian soldiers have often posted videos to social media channels, in which they complain about their food rations.
In one such video, a soldier recounts how his comrades found a can of stewed meat, diluted it with water from the Dnipro River and drank it for a week so as not to starve to death.
He adds: “We are abandoned. It looks so. Our command provides false information.
