Clooney takes on malaria battle
Actor George Clooney will tell TV viewers of his battles with malaria and his humanitarian work in Africa.
His publicist Stan Rosenfield said Clooney had recovered from the malaria he contracted earlier this month during a visit to Sudan - his second attack.
Clooney will discuss the condition and his aid work on Piers Morgan's CNN show.
The actor says his own experience with the disease shows how proper medication can turn "the most lethal condition in Africa" into "a bad 10 days instead of a death sentence".
