Worker hurt in blast at fuel plant
One worker was injured during an explosion at a new biofuel facility near the Spanish city of Salamanca, say officials.
The explosion occurred when a tank of ethanol ignited at the plant in Babilafuente, about 20 miles east of Salamanca, say officials.
The injured worker is in a hospital with minor injuries and the cause of the blast is being investigated.
Biofuel differs from normal gasoline in that it is distilled from plants such as grain or sugar cane.
