Pictures were reportedly found on the phone of Rurik Jutting, 29, appearing to show him with the body of Sumarti Ningsih, whose corpse was found in a suitcase on the British banker's balcony.
Around 2,000 photos and videos are believed to have been discovered of him with Ms Ningsih and Seneng Mujiasih - also known as Jesse Lorena Ruri - who he is also accused of killing.
During police questioning, Cambridge graduate Jutting blamed "incidents involving him and the girls" for their deaths, the Daily Mail has reported.
However, he is believed to have claimed that he did not have mental problems, despite appearing to refer to himself as an "insane psychopath" on an out-of-office message shortly before the killings.
Police were called to his apartment in the Wan Chai district on Saturday, and found Ms Mujiasih, who had sustained wounds to her throat and buttocks, which she died of a short time later.
They then discovered the decomposed remains of Ms Ningsih, who was originally from Indonesia.

Police said Ms Ningsih was found with her hands and legs bound with ropes and had nearly been decapitated.
It is believed the pair were working in the sex trade.
Jutting moved to Hong Kong from London in July last year and is understood to have quit his highly paid job at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the last few days, amid claims that his trading licence was revoked on the day the first victim died.
Before leaving he appeared to have set a sinister automatic response for his email account at the bank.
The email response read: "I am out of the office. Indefinitely. For urgent enquiries, or indeed any enquiries, please contact someone who is not an insane psychopath. For escalation please contact God, though suspect the devil will have custody (Last line only really worked if I had followed through)."
Ms Ningsih's father, Ahmad Kaliman, has called for Jutting to be sentenced to death for killing his daughter.
