MUTANT calf born with two heads - including two sets of eyes, noses and mouths
A MUTATED calf with two heads is alive and thriving after being born more than two months go.
The calf has miraculously survived
Villagers in India were stunned when a healthy cow gave birth to a calf - with double the amount of normal heads.
The infant has two sets of eyes, two noses and two mouths.
Despite vets initially predicting it would not survive, after being born two months ago in Nagaon, Assam, in northeast India, the baby bovine is still alive.
Its birth has baffled local vets, and the entire village, who gave it only 10 days to live.

But the bizarre addition is not the only two-headed cattle to be born recently.
Astonishingly in Yorkshire a calf was also born with two heads, but did not survive.

Shaun Sowray, a third generation dairy farmer, was shocked when the two-headed beast was born on his farm.
The 55-year-old said: “It was fully formed in every way apart from the fact it had two heads coming out of one neck. Two big fully formed heads.

"I don't know how it would have been able to able to stand up. The heads would have been heavy.”
And just last month, a cow in Uzbekistan was was born with a third horn.
The three horned cow is also thriving
Protruding from the centre of its forehead, the freak birth caused many to label the beast a ‘modern-day unicorn’.
The farmer feared the extra horn would mean it was ostracised by its siblings, but the opposite effect happened, where it was able to bully them out the way.
