Emmerdale: Caleb and Charity share a steamy kiss
The Emmerdale team were seen filming a dramatic car crash earlier this year as the love triangle between Chloe Harris (played by Jessie Elland), Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) and Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) comes to a head.
Filming pictures appeared to show Charity and Mack getting out of the car unscathed however, Chloe's life hangs in the balance.
However, soap fans think Chloe isn't actually in the car and the third person is actually her father, who is yet to make an appearance.
Guessing who is in the car, Reddit user mackenzieication2166 posted: "I thought that at after Liam and Charity dated. Liam, Charity and Mackenzie but I'm now back with Chloe, Mack and Charity.
"And there is the remotest possibility it's Vanessa, Charity and Mack. And what might be even stranger still Chloe's dad, Charity and Mack.
"Chloe's dad is due to be released from prison so in true soap style could he be one of Charity's exes? But for now I'm sticking with C.M.C."
User MarloSugarface replied: "Oooh, I like the idea of him being an ex of Charity's!
"Or at least, maybe he would have some backstory with Cain, as Cain is supposedly well-known in shady circles?"
Who could Chloe's dad be and are they really linked to Charity?
It comes after executive producer Jane Hudson teased Charity, Chloe and Mackenzie will be front and centre of super soap week.

"I think with that story, it's safe to say the viewers know we do Super Soap Week in October," she told Inside Soap.
"If there is ever a plot to explode around that time, it's a love triangle that involves Charity.
"So, I would watch this space for another couple of months."
Meanwhile, Charity star Emma confirmed she was at the centre of the drama, telling Digital Spy: "I'm very excited!
"Some Super Soap Weeks I don't manage to be part of, which is just the way it goes.
"So to be at the centre and for it to be quite a big storm brewing – not literally a storm, we've done that!"
Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV at 7.30pm.
