Location, Location, Location viewers all say same thing about 'tiny' £1.2m home
Rower Kat wanted a home with a "village-y" feel in London.
Location, Location, Location viewers were left scratching their heads after a woman purchased a "tiny" £1.25 million house.
Record-breaking rower Kat was searching for a three-bedroom home in south London that had a "village vibe" but had no luck searching for a property on her own.
Host Phil Spencer was tasked with finding Kat, who works in risk management, her dream home, showing her four in Greenwich, Earlsfield and Brixton Hill.
The property expert eventually managed to find Kat a home in West Greenwich, a short commute to her workplace in Canary Wharf.
While Kat was happy with spending £1.25 million on a 2.5 bedroom property that needed some improvements, viewers were less than convinced with the move.
Viewers branded her "mental" for spending so much money as well as a predicted £100,000 in renovations for a terraced property in London.
Located in the prestigious Ashburnham Triangle, the three-storey property boasts two double bedrooms and a small single room. Host Phil said it needed a "healthy dose of TLC".
Downstairs had a spacious open-plan kitchen and study, however space was more of a premium upstairs.
It was located close to the DLR stop.

Viewing the home, Kat said "My gut is I love it. It's got a real charm to it."
She however broke down in tears when it came to making a decision about buying.
It comes four years after Kat was diagnosed with life-threatening cancer and, while now in remission, she admits she finds it difficult to look to the future.
After a second viewing however, she managed to negotiate the price down to £1.125million. She said: "I was really excited when my offer was accepted. I'm hoping to be able to move in as soon as possible, but my goal is to do all of the work first."
She told the show she would look to extend the home to the back, add a door to the garden, and open up the top floors.
Viewers however were left baffled by the price tag, reports MailOnline.
