John Lewis Christmas advert 2015: Everything you need to know
CHRISTMAS may be 52 days away, but the festive period is about to officially begin, with this year's John Lewis advert set to air at the end of this week.
The 2014 John Lewis Christmas advert was a huge success
The advert - which has continued to get more and more popular over the years - is expected to debut online at 8am on Friday November 6, according to The Telegraph.
As per usual, details about the upcoming ad have been kept top secret, but it's no doubt going to include something incredibly cute to get us all into the Christmas spirit.
Last year's offering included a stripped back version of Tom Odell's version of Real Love by The Beatles, as the much-loved Monty the Penguin campaign played on screen.
The advert cost a whopping £1 million to shoot and the total cost of the campaign was a total of £7 million, including the cost of in-store advertising, taking out TV spots in ad-breaks, billboards and newspaper adverts.

Monty the Penguin became a viral hit
In recent years, we've also had Ellie Goulding's cover of the Elton John track Your Song, as well as Lily Allen's version of Keane's Somewhere Only We Know.
The upmarket department store's popular ads date back to 2007, when they showed a collection of products that were grouped together so that their shadow looked like a woman walking her dog in the snow.
However, the commercial really came into its own in 2011, when they told the tale of a young boy who just couldn't wait for Christmas Day to arrive so that he could give his parents a present.
Despite keeping information about the latest advert completely under wraps, a 10-second teaser went out during ITV's The X Factor on Sunday night, bearing an #OnTheMoon hashtag, that looked a lot like John Lewis font.
Will this year's ad be able to top Monty?
The Bear & Hare was also hugely popular in 2013
